The Committee of Financial Affairs adjusts the settlement of the budget and controls income and expenditure of JSHWR.
The members of this committee are as follows:

editing Journal of Japan Society of Hydrology and Water Resources bimonthly
editing JSHWR special issue of Hydrological Process

The WICOM (Water International Committee) had following activity.
The seven members from Japan attended the 45th Annual Conference of KWRA (Korea Water Resources Association). The conference was held on May 14-15, 2004, at Inha University in Incheon City of South Korea. An international session was scheduled in which Korean, Japanese, and Chinese scientists got together and presented papers of the same interest on 14th of May. On May 15, the 2nd JSHWR (Japan Society of Hydrology and Water Resources) and KWRA (Korea Water Resources Association) Joint Seminar was held at Inha University. Eight papers were presented.
